Scotland’s Generations Working Together (GWT) is an organization I have followed since 2021. For me it leads a narrative on all things intergenerational, creating a solid agenda with an Intergenerational Manifesto as the foundation for a national conversation and a National Performance Framework with the Scottish Government providing funding from an Equalities and Human Rights Fund
If there is one model to be admired, that celebrates and supports intergenerational collaboration, for me it is the one designed by Scotland’s Generations Working Together and for the second year coming, it is their big event Global Intergenerational Week April 24-30, with 15 countries participating, including Canada represented by LINKages based in Calgary, Alberta.In
