Louisa Jewell Interview – Happiness & Longevity, Part 3

Coinciding with the Stanford Center on Longevity 3rd annual Design Challenge with the 2015-16 theme “Using Happiness to Optimize Longevity”, this is the final segment of my interview with Louisa Jewell, Founder and President of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association.

And for the first time it’s on YouTube – so I’m going to let the video do the work!

Parts 1 & 2 of the Jan.7th interview with Louisa are also now up on YT.

The book recommended by Louisa Jewell is Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being by Martin Seligman

At last, as this post arrives today, Stanford has announced the 12 Design Challenge contest finalists for 2016. I guess the ideas were strong enough for the competition that it made the work of the judges a lot harder this year. More thoughts about the finalists will follow leading up to the winners being decided in April 2016.
