Mark Venning founded Change Rangers in 1996 and the focus of the business has evolved to help move business leaders to envision the promise of longevity through presentations, advisory & research work and this blog.
With over a decade of expertise in career & talent development as a facilitator and adviser, Mark has also amassed a vast knowledge of longevity and retirement issues. In addition, he works with business professionals in their exploration of later life “portfolio career” options with a focus on entrepreneurship, business planning and marketing for contracting & consulting.
Currently he is Vice Chair on the not-for-profit Board of the Canadian Education & Research Institute for Counselling (CERIC) . Mark is also a member of the Retirement Planning Association of Canada (RPAC) and the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. He also supports NeuroImage Inc. as a Director of Corporate Development and Strategy.
